MOBIL VACTRA OIL №2 ISO VG 68

Моторные масла для легковых автомобилей
It is a premium quality lubricant specially created to fully meet the requirements for precision machining of parts on modern high-performance machines. Mobil Vactra Oil No. 2 compositions are based on high-quality base components, their performance characteristics are balanced thanks to the use of a progressive additive system that provides low friction properties, excellent corrosion protection and resistance to foaming. The unique additive package allows to reduce jamming-slippage and vibration in conditions of thin-film boundary lubrication. This ensures uninterrupted uniform movement at the design speeds. Mobil Vactra Oil No. 2 is optimized to provide excellent separation from aqueous refrigerants in cooling systems while reducing the corrosive effects of refrigerants with high pH on the lubricated surface. The basic components and the additive package are carefully selected to protect the carriages and guides while maintaining good filterability. This is important because a decrease in fluidity or clogging of filters leads to an increase in jamming-slippage, vibrations and wear. Adhesive agents form homogeneous films that are resistant to abrasion from the surface of the guides when the machine is not in operation.

Application:

Mobil Vactra Oil No. 2 is recommended both as a lubricant for guides and for hydraulic systems of moderately loaded machines.
This oil is intended for application to any combination of guides made of cast iron, steel and non-metallic materials.
Mobil Vactra Oil No. 2 can be used for manual lubrication, forced lubrication or liquid lubrication using a circulation system.
Due to its extreme pressure properties, it is suitable for use for all types of gears found in machine tools. It should not be used in circulation systems in which oil temperatures in volume exceed 66 ° C.
Mobil Vactra Oil No.2 is recommended for horizontal guides on machines from small to medium size. It is also suitable for use on large machines with a circulating liquid lubrication system.
This oil can be used to lubricate ball joints, screw joints, linear guides, headstock, screw gears, cylindrical straight-toothed and oblique gears and lightly loaded worm gears. In cases where contamination of an aqueous refrigerant with ordinary mineral oil shortens the service life of the refrigerant.

Advantages:

Mobil Vactra Oil No. 2 is developed and specially designed to provide extra-marginal protection of machinery and equipment by meeting the strict requirements of manufacturers of guides, while meeting the requirements of other lubricated components of machine equipment. It has excellent lubricating and bearing performance characteristics, contributing to a significant increase in productivity and quality of the machined parts. Its outstanding thermal-oxidative stability increases the degree of cleanliness of machinery and equipment, provides the desired filterability and reduces the need for frequent maintenance. Mobil Vactra Oil No. 2 provides excellent separability from water and from water refrigerants, reducing the potential for negative effects of mutual contamination, increasing the service life and improving the performance of both lubricants and refrigerants.
